Where COD is available, customers are required to pay the full order amount to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

A customer who repeatedly places COD orders and refuses or fails to accept deliveries may have COD availability restricted or disabled for future orders.
Customers should not make additional payments to anyone claiming to represent Original Stores beyond the amount officially communicated for the order.

Customers may contact us to request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If an order cannot be cancelled after dispatch, the customer must follow the applicable provisions of our Refund Policy, where applicable.
